Ms. P. Lalidamballe, Director & Founder
P. Lalidamballe, a dedicated social activist and feminist leader, was the founding force behind ADECOM Network. She championed gender equality and worked tirelessly to uplift women and children affected by violence and discrimination across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Her vision of a just and fearless society continues to inspire the organization even after her passing on 14th October 2023. Today, Mr. Perumal, advocate, leads ADECOM Network with the same commitment and passion, carrying forward Lalida’s mission for equality and empowerment.

Sinou. Perumal
Mr. Perumal is an eminent thinker, advocate, and social leader, currently guiding ADECOM Network with a deep commitment to gender equality and empowerment. A published author and founder of Kootukkural theatre group, he has produced powerful social dramas promoting women and children’s rights. He is also dedicated to preserving and transferring traditional arts to the younger generation. After the passing of P. Lalidamballe on 14th October 2023, he continues to lead ADECOM Network with the same passion and vision for social change.
K. Sankari
Ms K. Sankari is a school teacher working in Pondicherry. She joined the Board in 2008.Since then, she has actively participated in ADECOM Network’s activities, contributing ideas for the development of our work. She regularly attends our events to promote women’s rights.
V. Kalaiselvi
Ms V. Kalaiselvi is Assistant Professor in Economics at Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. She was appointed a trustee of ADECOM Network in 2009. She is also actively participates in all our programmes and activities.
N. K. Perumal
Mr N. K. Perumal is a Senior Advocate and practices at Puducherry District Court. He was appointed a Trustee in 2012. He provides free legal advice to women victims of domestic violence. He also supports ADECOM Network regularly and liaises with local government officials and Ministers. He advises ADECOM Network on legal issues concerning extending our social and legal programmes for the benefit of women and children.
